Ikenna is a Mentor at Daficionado Ltd with almost ten years of experience. He is currently a Senior BI and Analytics Manager at Amazon, UK. Before Amazon, he was the Global Head of Data at VisitBritain (British Tourism Authority). He has also worked as a data manager at Ogilvy (WPP), UK & Konga Online Shopping, where he helped implement data solutions & provided business insights. He has led and delivered projects for customers in over six countries, including Switzerland, Ireland, the United Kingdom (UK), France, Nigeria, Luxembourg, and Germany. Ikenna is passionate about building technology businesses, using data and technology to optimise business performance and coaching young professionals.  Over the years, he has worked with local and international clients to transform their businesses. His key expertise includes data analytics, machine learning, cloud computing data-driven enterprise transformation, technology consulting, data analytics/AI strategy, digital marketing and advertising. He has also acquired various certifications, including AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty,  AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, PMP, TOGAF,  and AgilePM.

Sadegh Jalalian - Machine Learning Engineer & IT manager in AltinCuzdan

Sadegh is a Coach at Daficionado Ltd with almost five years of experience. He is currently a Machine Learning Engineer & IT manager in AltinCuzdan (Gold Payment System), Turkey. Before AltinCuzdan, he was the Data Scientist at VisitBritain (British Tourism Authority). He completed his MSc in Data Science at the University of Salford UK and graduated with distinction. Before that, he has two years of self-learning experience in data science after completing his BSc degree in Software Engineering. He is proficient in various analytical and visualising tools such as Python, R, SAS, Tableau, etc. He has worked on different projects in the data science field such as “prediction of paying off the loans to lenders by using R & Python”, “prediction of shopping behaviour with Python”, “analysing the Premier League data from Twitter using big data tools and techniques”, “creating email marketing database with Microsoft SQL Server & BI tools”, “creating a dashboard for world trade counties With Tableau & SAS”, “designing a secure Recommendation System engine with Python, SQL, SAS and Tableau”, “creating a chatbot for customer support and queries with Python”. His main expertise in the data science field is machine learning, deep learning, and extracting meaningful information from the data. He has also acquired certifications which include SAS certified Data Scientist and Amazon SageMaker: simplifying machine learning application development.

Elum Ndubuisi -  Data Analyst, ICS Outsourcing

Elum is a Coach at Daficionado Ltd with over five years of experience. Currently, Elum is the Lead Data Analyst and Technical Assistant to the MD/CEO for ICS Outsourcing. He was the team lead for the Data Science team at a fintech company in Nigeria. He has led and delivered projects focused on developing ML/AI solutions for fintech in Nigeria. Elum is passionate about data analytics and data science and has bagged certifications in python programming, data visualisations, and machine learning from IBM. Elum is also an oracle certified associate (OCA) and oracle certified professional (OCP).
